Biographies



Gus Castellanos, M.D. attended the University of Miami undergraduate and Medical School, receiving his M.D. degree in 1980.  He trained at Emory, & Georgetown Universities, and MD Anderson Tumor Institute at the University of Texas, Houston.  He obtained board certification in Neurology in 1987, and in Sleep Medicine in 1994.  He practiced medicine in South Florida, including as medical director of multiple Sleep Centers, until retiring his medical license in Jan. 2007 to pursue his passion in spiritual and metaphysical studies.  He is a Mindfulness meditation practitioner and teaches at Jupiter Medical Center, the Palm Beach Cancer Institute’s Sari Asher Center and at the Hanley Center , all in palm Beach county, Fla. He is also a principle at SleepCompass.com and at the Mind Syntropy program at 18mind.com.

Jane has her degree in respiratory therapy from Indiana University N.W. She is a registered respiratory therapist with 30 years experience in trauma and neonatal. She is also a registered polysomnographer with 10 years experience in a nationally accredited sleep lab.
