SLEEP is not only an essential part of our lives, but also a ‘GIFT’ to be enjoyed.  Mentally, it creates a boundary between our conscious and unconscious mind.  Emotionally, it draws a line between control and trust.  Spiritually, it allows us to be ‘human BE-INGS’ instead of ‘human DO-INGS. ‘ This site was created to explore not only the physical aspects of sleep, but the emotional, spiritual and often humorous ones too.
