I’m Sleeping! How did that happen?

I don’t sleep a lot. That was sort of my mantra. Whenever people got together and the topic of how many hours we actually sleep, need to sleep, etc., came up, my response never varied. “I don’t sleep a lot. I sleep five hours usually.” I had tons of stuff connected to insomnia, too: that I don’t sleep a lot; that I’m sound sensitive, so I can’t fall asleep when there is noise, and I hear things in my sleep; that I have insomnia, so if I don’t go to sleep when I’m sleepy, I won’t fall asleep at all;that I sleep really light. What stinks about all of that is that I really love to sleep, and I don’t get much of it.

Then I started working with 18mind and their Mind Syntropy Program. In general, I noticed this extreme sensation of peace around me all the time after flipping a couple of biggies. No big deal. I’m at peace. Great place to be, right?

Well, this weekend I began to notice something that seemed odd. I’m sleeping really deep and really well. I wake up very well-rested and refreshed. I fall asleep easily. I’m sleeping a lot more than I’m used to. If this keeps up, I will be forced to change my mantra to, “I sleep like a well-fed baby.” Last night I went to bed at midnight, and I woke up at eight. That does not ever happen without sleep aids. Weird!

My conclusion is that 18mind has given me peace, and in that peace I am now able to sleep. Who would have thought? OR What a happy accident!

I am soooo comfortable now, night and day!!!
