Marketing Sleep For Babies -

Do you know when it is the best time to shop at Wal-Mart? Yup, you guessed it, it’s those magical hours anywhere between 10 pm and 6 am. Usually other night owls are there along with the diligent clerks busily stocking the shelves. It’s a good time to wander through the baby section to find just the right present for a baby shower.

Bananas are A-Peeling-

To help you sleep. Really, how many times have you seen monkeys snoozing at the zoo?  Bananas, like milk have triptophan which stimulates the production of melatonin for sleep and seratonin in the brain that induces calmness.  Milk, bananas and a turkey sandwich an hour or two before bed and sweet sleep is on it’s way.

Watching the Clock

As cool as it is having a clock in your bedroom that beams the time on your ceiling, it’s a definite sleep stealer.  Turn off the light, set the alarm and let it go.  Use 2 alarms if you are worried about not hearing the first, but try to keep your bedroom as dark as possible.  If you can’t turn off the light, try covering it up!
